第一步 掃碼申請

Step 1 Scanning the QR code for application

使用手機掃描下面的二維碼進入境外人員住宿登記網(wǎng)上申請頁面開始申請，或下載“海易辦”APP、通過微信、支付寶“海易辦”APP小程序進入“國際服務區(qū)”進行申報。

Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to access the page of online registration for residence registration of visitors from overseas and start the application. You can also download the App “HaiYiBan”, and enter the “International Service” page via the mini program “HaiYiBan” on WeChat or Alipay to make an application.

Please read the reminder first, check “I have read and agree”, and then click on the “Start” button below to start the application.

第三步 填寫個人信息

Step 3 Filling in personal information

真實地填寫個人信息，其中“聯(lián)系方式”可以填寫本人或留宿人的手機號碼，也可以填寫本人或留宿人的電子郵件地址。

Please fill in your personal information truthfully. In regard to telephone number or email address, you can fill in your own or the accommodation person's information.

第四步 填寫住宿信息

Step 4 Filling in the residence information

1.填寫住宿信息時，“當前定位地址”由系統(tǒng)精確定位填寫，無需手動修改；請完整準確地填寫住宿地址，具體到住宅區(qū)、建筑模塊、房間號碼等信息。為確保住宿地址的準確性和有效性，請到達住宿地點后再申請。

When you fill in the residence information, the “Current Location Address” will be automatically filled by the system, which does not need to be manually modified. In the “Detailed Address” field, please fill in the complete and accurate residential address, including the district, building No. and room No. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the submitted residential address, please file the application after arriving at the residence.

填寫“留宿人/單位”信息時，如果沒有留宿人或留宿單位，可以在“留宿人/單位”項目中填寫。

If there is no accommodation person or unit, you may choose “None”.

第五步 上傳證件信息

Step 5 Uploading ID document information

申請者需要持有有效出入境證件資料頁面的海外人員拍照上傳，以確保證件資料清晰完整。

Please upload a photo of the applicant holding the front page of the valid exit-entry certificate, and ensure that the certificate details are displayed clearly and fully.

第六步 安全驗證

Step 6 Security verification

信息填寫完畢后，需要通過手機信息或電子郵件進行安全驗證。如果手機號碼無法收到驗證碼，可以選擇通過電子郵件進行安全驗證。

After filling in the information, you will be subject to a security verification via either SMS or email. If you cannot receive the verification code via SMS, please choose the security verification via email.

第七步 提交申報信息

Step 7 Submitting the application

填寫所有信息并通過安全驗證后，即可提交申請信息。如果申請住宿登記失敗，可以撥打12367服務熱線咨詢或到居住地派出所登記。

After filling in all the information and passing the security verification, you can submit the application. If the application for registration fails, you may call the hotline 12367 for consultation or go to the local police station for registration.

住宿憑據(jù) | Residence Voucher

申請成功后，系統(tǒng)會根據(jù)預留的聯(lián)系方式發(fā)送短信或電子郵件通知申請人，并在短信或電子郵件中附上相關(guān)鏈接。海外人員可以根據(jù)需要立即下載PDF版的《海外人員住宿登記證》。如果需要蓋章，請到居住地派出所辦理。

If the application is successful, the system will send a SMS or email to your contact information left in advance, with a relevant link attached in the message or email. You can download the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas in PDF format upon request. If it needs to be stamped, please go to the local police station.

特別提示 | Special Notice

這個系統(tǒng)只針對生活在海南的外國朋友，港澳臺同胞。

This system is only for foreigners living in Hainan, and compatriots of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

如果海外人員有留宿人或留宿單位，可以由留宿人或留宿單位代為申請。

The accommodation person or unit can make an application on behalf of the overseas visitor.

在申請中遇到問題，可以撥打12367服務熱線進行咨詢。

If you have any questions in the application, please call the hotline 12367.

辦理本業(yè)務不收取任何費用。

This service is completely free of charge.
