Well, well,well. I'm finally here.Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I’m extraordinarily happy to be giving my presentation today. You know what? This feels so wonderful! Because one month ago I was breathing dirt and sand in Africa, and today I am here. Last time, I introduced an interpreter, who gave me the inspiration about the Belt and Road initiative and cooperated very well with project construction. And today also. I want to introduce the other person, who is the most important person in my life. Listen closely, he is the most important one, not just one of many. Why today, on this occasion, I want to introduce this man. First, in the past, I was unkind to him, which caused much pain, but he not only didn't blame me, but also thanked me. Second, if he had not appeared in my life, I wouldn't be here on this stage today, confidently delivering this speech. Today, I'm honored to have him present here. Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming today's special guest to the stage with a round of applause.

Opps, seems like he is not here, or he is already on this stage. Well, The person I wish to thank tonight is, in fact, my former self. This “handsome” guy on this screen is me. I mean in 2019. Surprised, huh? I know everyone may wanna ask: how? Just because I saw one slogan when I passed by a gym: If you can't control your weight, how will you control your life?

That is exactly how I did it in my life. I control what I need to control. It’s not just about my body, also my work. As a coating and process pipeline technician on Niger to Benin Crude Oil Export Pipeline Project, I know what I need to control. About the Coating, I need to ensure the quality of sandblasting, painting and heat shrinkable belt. About the process pipeline, I need to comprehend the drawing, control the quality of welding and a ssembling.

In a nutshell, if you can grab every single point you need to focus and devote yourself with your full heart and passion, you’re going to get it. This is how we at NBEP can get fruitful outcomes through this method. This is how CPP can stay positive and energetic. This is how CPP can reach such a high level of achievement after its 50th anniversary.

We control everything, safety, quality, material and environment. We conquer everything, difficulty, distance, district and disease. We are all-powerful! CPP is invincible!

Be a “controlfreak”! Let’s focus and devote！
