Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen. I'm Fan Yu from Logistic Services Branch of CPP. It's my great honor to attend the English speech contest. Today my topic is Brilliant Youth, Brilliant Tour with CPP.

I'm from the insurance business management department of Social Security Center. Now I'm responsible for the supplementary medical insurance business, from participating in policy formulation to examing and issuing benefits. I know it is a role of great significance; it not only protects the interests of the insured individuals, but also benefits every employee from CPP’s welfare programs.

Open source and reducing expenditure are the elements of enterprise sustainability. Since 2019, as part of the CPP’s support and guarantee business, the Logistic Services Branch has overcome challenges such as the pandemic and limited development of unlisted business, exceeding budget targets year after year. We have rigorously implemented directives from the company's Party Committee, adhered to the national policies on insurance premium reductions and exemptions, and followed subsidy policies for enterprises resuming work during the pandemic, saving 148 million yuan for CPP.

The year 2023 is a crucial for CPP’s high-quality development under the 14th Five-Year Plan. Now with the internationalization and diversification of CPP, the insurance sector is also facing similar challenges. We will continue to deepen the insurance business, fully implement CNPC’s commercial insurance and overseas medical security projects, and strive to provide more comprehensive medical coverage for our overseas employees as soon as possible, so as to ensure that CPP can participate in the international market competition in an orderly manner.

Over the past 50 years, the development of CPP has never ceased. We will continue to adhere to our development principles of fine management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as we strive for CPP’s internationalization. Fifty years, prime of youth. 2023 年是管道局 "十四五 “規(guī)劃中實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵一年。目前，隨著管道局國際化和多樣化的發(fā)展，保險營銷也面臨著同樣的考驗。我們將繼續(xù)深化保險營銷，全面實施中國石油商業(yè)保險和海外醫(yī)療保險項目，努力盡快為海外員工提供更全面的醫(yī)療保險，確保管道局有序參與國際市場競爭。
